About this deal

Ultimately, there are far better TVs available for this sort of money, such as the Panasonic TX-58HX800, which give us very little reason to recommend this Hisense. The Hisense 43E77HQTUK has an input lag of 8.5 ms, which is low enough for gaming, making it an excellent option for gaming. The Hisense 43E77HQTUK is also an excellent choice for HDR gaming. The combination of 4K resolution and Dolby Vision HDR provides an incredibly detailed and lifelike image, making for an immersive gaming experience. The TV’s low input lag and high refresh rate ensure that the games look smooth and responsive. Additionally, the TV’s HDMI 2.1 ports support features like VRR and ALLM, designed to enhance the gaming experience. The TV also supports HDR10+ making the gaming experience even more realistic. PC Monitor

The Hisense 50E77HQTUK QLED Gaming Series TV features QLED technology, which stands for Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode. This technology uses tiny nanoparticles called quantum dots to enhance the TV’s color gamut and brightness. QLED displays offer a better overall picture quality than traditional LED displays and are more affordable than OLED and MicroLED displays. Ambient Mode The costs for delivery, installation services and monthly insurance products cannot be placed on BNPL. Disappointingly, there are fewer HDMI ports – three instead of four, but ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) and VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) are covered across all of them so you could plug a game console into any port and benefit from those features – though they are HDMI 2.0 ports, not 2.1 specified. eARC is supported on HDMI 2 for pass-through of lossless audio. The sound modes of this TV include Standard, Theater, Music, Speech, Late Night, Sports and Auto. As with the image, most people will probably choose either “Standard” or “Auto”. But if you’re having a movie night, you might want to switch to Theater because it enhances the surround sound effect to some extent. Still, we would recommend buying a separate soundbar to improve the sound. ConnectionsIf you’re willing to spend a bit more for an even better piece of kit, the Samsung AU9000 review (50AU9000) was rated five stars in its T3 review. While it may not have Dolby Vision, it does have great picture performance from most sources. Alexa Built-in - Use Alexa to control your TV with your remote, search across the VIDAA U platform or use any Alexa skills. The rest of the VIDAA U4 experience is basically fine, and if that sounds like damning with faint praise, then it probably is. It’s usable, responsive and pleasant looking but, as with many TV UIs, we aren't convinced that the content suggestions are all that helpful, particularly when they require subscriptions and rental fees to access them. We do, at least, like that the content is grouped by genre and that it’s made clear which service they’re on before you select them. The Hisense 43E77HQTUK supports 480p Input, meaning that it can display content in this resolution. However, it’s worth noting that the TV’s 4K resolution may need to be fully utilized when displaying 480p content, which may result in a less detailed image. The Hisense 43E77HQTUK has a sturdy and well-built design. The TV is made of high-quality materials designed to withstand regular use. The TV’s stand is also sturdy and well-built, which helps to keep the TV stable and secure. Additionally, the TV’s built-in cable management system helps to keep cables organized and out of sight. PICTURE QUALITY

Percentage luminance drop at 35 degree horizontal angle from the centre of the screen with 100% white outputThe Hisense 43E77HQTUK has a wide color gamut, which means it can display a wide range of colors. This ensures that colors are accurately reproduced, providing a more lifelike image. The TV supports the DCI-P3 color space, the standard used by the film industry, providing a cinematic look and feel. The Hisense 43E77HQTUK has decent sound quality. The TV has built-in speakers that provide a clear and detailed sound with decent bass. However, it’s worth noting that the TV’s built-in speakers may not be powerful enough to fill a large room, so it’s recommended to use an external sound system for a better audio experience. The Hisense 43E77HQTUK supports 4K input, meaning that it can display content in this resolution. The TV’s 4K resolution provides an incredibly detailed and lifelike image with accurate colors and brightness. The TV’s 4K input also supports HDR, which adds depth and realism to the picture.
