An easy quick setting for the seat height which came from a pro years ago is lean over bike so saddle is in armpit and the centre of crank should be roughly at trigger finger give or take a cm. It is very clear there is some sort of design fault here, i am only 13 stone and the bike is used about 3 miles a day to work and back!
