It's very different from Amour but you can sense some kinship in the vanilla and incense notes, I'd say Flower has a more melancholy touch to it, which is now very very attractive to me in a perfume, this ghostly feel, and not just because it is vintage, something feels otherworldly. i dont layer this with other perfumes on my skin/ clothes but i like layering it with a hair refresher mist that's vanilla flavored to really bring out those vanilla notes.

Wanted this for quite some time, reminds me a lot of Love by Chloe, same powdery sensation, same aura and definitely for grown women. The elegant and sophisticated scent was created by Kenzo Takada to give poppy flowers, which are in most cases scentless, a unique and one-of-a-kind aroma.This is nice but the longer I wore it the more it dried down and reminded me of Poudree by Narciso Rodriguez. I actually poured it all into a prayer candle to burn, and the smokiness rounded out the vomit, but I was still left cold. Perhaps five percent of Kenzo Flower smells like stainless steel or iron pans or surgical instruments or the iron tang of blood when you accidentally bite your tongue. Anyway, this smells just like what I was hoping Miss Guerlain Rose nRoses would smell like, only with more longevity (by far). It wouldn't surprise me if such a subtle reference was made by the Japanese, who suffered the most in World War II.
