Our room (superior) was spacious and lovely, although there was black electrical tape holding the shower together in one part. It appeared just the bed was made and bins emptied each day as the cleaner was only in the room 10-15 minutes. While the management office was absolutely absent, the staff at restaurant, bar, pool, housekeeping were very friendly in every way. The pool area was well maintained and we did not struggle for sunbeds although this may be different in busier time.

The hotel is in a great location, 7mins from oia via car or 15 mins walk although taxis are expensive and the walk is up/downhill. In general the hotel could use a little more deep cleaning at the pool beds and the rooms they only do a very light cleaning while you stay. Both were very conscientious and hard working, and remembered our tea/coffee/food preferences all week.It doesn’t so much deter wasps, as render you unattractive to them, so they have a sniff then buzz off.
