Found it hilarious that the mantra is to 'count chemicals, not calories', yet the suggested list of chemical sounding supplements to add to your diet would literally take you all your time, sourcing, planning and assessing. I am not sure I will be able to finish it, but will bravely struggle on, hoping beyond hope for a tiny glimmer of wisdom or inspiration before its end.

If you are looking for cutting edge, scientific information on nutrition and body composition, or for motivation on your road to wellness, this is, sadly, not it. This book will completely change your approach to fitness, your mentality, your lifestyle - just everything. Smith also seems to understand that many people are dieting and killing their spirit to try and fit unrealistic body images, to that I applaude him.
