Monopoly meets Sonic the Hedgehog: this Monopoly gamer board game features Sonic the Hedgehog series themes, art, and characters!

Landing on the space marked “Go to Jail.” The player goes diagonally across the board to the jail space without passing GO, and their turn ends immediately. This is a boxset of three characters and three Neutral Chao. They’re cool cause they’re actually to scale with the characters. For some reason, they’re missing their yellow highlights. The first known Chao Merchandise are the Chao Plush from Sonic Adventure 1, Dreamcast. There were two series of plushes. In the first series was the Neutral Chao! This was obtained from the UFO catcher machines in Japan and in Sega stores, or via the online Sega store if you lived in the US. (Remember, internet usage wasn't that common in those days!) If you want a “fairer” house rule, auction off every player’s property instead of giving it to the person who caused them to go bankrupt. You may still collect rent, take part in auctions, and trade. Character Abilities still affect you. If you ever need to drop Coins while In Jail, drop them on the Just Visiting space. How do I get out of Jail? Growing up, I didn't have any friends. Everyone in my village thought my two tails were weird. [ Sonic: Hey, I know that feeling.] But then I saw you; the fastest creature in the galaxy. You were weird too, but you were a legend. That made me think, maybe being weird isn't so bad. You inspired me to leave my village, to find you and help you on your mission. The only known Dark Chao plush from this era is the one to the left (from Sonic Team HQ), and one from the Tokyo Game Show for the launch of Sonic Heroes. The Neutral Chao is different to the SA1 Chao also. These were never available for sale.

For example, while both players may choose to have Mario in their party, only one player may have Mario on the board at a time. The youngest player gets to choose which Character they'll play first. All of the properties are Acts from the console/PC version of Sonic Generations, with exception of the Crisis City Acts. The first Chao Merchandise of course started with the first ever appearance of Chao in Sonic Adventure. The game was first released in Japan in December 1998 and with it, some very cool (and now very rare) Chao products!Select one player to be the banker. The banker hands out deeds, makes change, and distributes money to other players. The player who initially declined to buy the property at the printed price can still participate in the auction.
